PDA? as in making out or the the obsolete devices I just wrote a 10 pg paper on? laugh.gif

The first one .

Take pictures? Or just stare.

Walk up to them, take a video and add commentary on the mating rituals of humans. That will get them to leave pretty quickly

And I agree on the staring suggestion. Make you have the "what the fuck" look on your face though. You know, the raised eye brow, one eye squinting. Basically like shouting what the fuck, but with facial expressions.

If you're going to stare, have at least one hand in your pocket and make sure it moves constantly. They'll leave the second they notice you.

I'll keep all of those in mind for next time. I'll also breath heavily while I watch just for that added effect.

uhh...awesome?

On Swedish Character:

As part of his mission to reach 800,000 sales by 2020, Jacoby thinks that Volvo needs to "stop copying the Germans" and be its own brand with a "focus on luxury." He also commented that the current Volvo line has "lost its distinguishing points in the products." He went on, "You can immediately recognize you're sitting in a BMW or an Audi and I don't think Volvo is there yet. Volvo at the moment is not sharp enough or in harmony with what the brand stands for. It needs to return to its Swedish roots--not so much sporty but more functional with Swedish and Scandinavian elegance."

In terms of styling, Jacoby envisions a Volvo where "Simplicity is the key. We need to stop copying the Germans. We should express what Scandinavia stands for: high values for human beings, strong social security and welfare. We don't have to be the same size or the same package." He also hopes to cut the range down to two or even one basic platform, with a new modular engine family filling the space under hoods. V8s are out, and even six-cylinders are at risk as four- and five-cylinder engines become the go-to powerplants, aided by hybrid electric drivetrains.
