matt b
I should have stated that he told me what exercise too do to strengthen the muscles, just not when I'm in pain. I do a routine for my upper back, but i feel my lower is not ready to do that yet... It really does make a difference. I saw results very quickly on the bike, no discomfort, better position, etc... Dave 54
And a good chiro would help with teaching a person which exercises should be done. The chiro I see spends less than 10 minutes adjusting me (read: crack my bones) and usually spends 15-20 showing me which muscle groups I should focus on, how to exercise them, etc... chiro won't even touch my back. They recommended some physical therapy and the physical therapist said to strenghten your core and to lose any amount of blubber around the mid section. Guess what they were right, no problems anymore other then the occassional arthritis when it gets really cold or humid. Starting to get some blub back now that i've been laid off. I have degenerative disc syndrome, basically i'm 37 and have a back of a 65 year old. 3 totally dehydrated disc's and 2 herniated disc's, one of which I had surgery on and reherniated 6 mos. later. I'm sure the 5 years of being a sub contractor laying flooring did wonders for it, 12-15'ft long and 300+lbs of carpet compressing down on your spine trying to fight that sucker into a home and up/down steps with 90 degree turns  Edited December 10, 2010 by Dave
NEU
It really does make a difference. I saw results very quickly on the bike, no discomfort, better position, etc... That's one of my goals, to get back in the saddle again. Start off with the trainer and work my way back up to 20-30 miles of Mt Biking a week. Need to get my old carbon Trek Y22 back up to tune, Cane Creek Ti spoke rims, carbon handlebars, seatpost, XTR shifters/derailers and V brakes. Not very high end anymore, but light, came in at 21lbs. Black Betty
the 4 is def. worse than my 3gs. agree with that whole heartedly. My 3gs never had any problems. my 4 is loaded with them: Asks me to log on to wifi when I'm opening apps like calculator or ipod... randomly deletes songs off play lists. Lags like a mofo Freezes Does what it wants in my pocket Randomly Vibrates or rings Everytime I go into apple they just look at it for a half second and then restore it....I'm not sure I'd buy and Iphone 5.
