I'm getting so annoyed with this weather lately. It's been below below freezing for a while now, and all of the snow that fell is now ice. It's making it such a PITA to do any work on cars. I literally spent two hours getting my R wagon unstuck from the snow. I tore up my lawn and ended up having to pull the wagon out with my 850 n/a

Since my driveway is impossible to plow properly, there is only enough room for a few cars. So I've been parking some of my other cars on the street. I went to move my 850 n/a today and it took me 20 minutes to get it out of the snow/ice patch I parked it in. It has good snow tires on it too! I can't even move another car I'm selling for a friend because it's stuck under so much snow. (side note - anyone interested in a one owner 97 850 GLT sedan (olive green on tan) with 74k miles?)

It's also so frustrating having a pile of new parts for your car accumulate when you have to walk by the parts every day knowing you can't install them because of time/weather/whatever constraints. As soon as it gets warmer out, my T5R is getting a HUGE interior overhaul. New A/C evaporator, new blower motor, new headliner, sound deadening all over the interior, new ebrake cables, new seat-back cables, possibly new seat heating elements, carpeting will be dry cleaned, gauges rewired, and a couple other things. I also have a bunch of engine parts lying around, but I can't install them because of time and weather constraints <_<.

ENDRANT.

Try living in the city, wife and I were awoken at 1 AM this morning by our barking dog and a woman banging on our door bitching about I took her parking spot.

First off there are no parking spots, there are parking districts in which we paid $30 for a lifetime permit. When it snows heavily people shovel retarded if at all and mark their spots with chairs. The spot I parked in did not have a chair in it as the welfare woman claimed. I armed Lisa's Viper alarm a few times and slammed the door after all was said and done. Cops laughed at the lady because marking parking spots is totally against city ordinance to begin with.

Before the woman went back to her house I reminded her of the Viper's extremely sensitive dual zone proximity sensors. Damn thing gives warning beeps if someone even walks within 2 feet of it.

The woman kept telling me to move my car because she can't find parking and I told her, ok, so I move my car.....where the monkey am I supposed to park?

Waiting on city police at 1 AM was not on my agenda.

Edit: I hate living in the city.
