So is that Just a top off, or a Flush and Fill? Just a top off. They tapped me in the arm and connected it to the needle they stuck in my spine. Apparently reusing fluids is a good idea. For the first time in a week in a half, I can stand up for more than 30 minutes. As much as I love the cold and the snow, I do love that spring feeling. GF wants to climb some mountains this summer so I need to get in better shape so I can keep up She'll leave me for dead, and I love her for that. Speaking of weight, I was at an all-time low of 170 on easter weekend. For the first time in my life, I thought, that's actually not good. Too low. Losing muscle fast, and I'm eating like a fat kid, and was practically bed-bound all month. Traded muscle mass for some flub I need to get back in action.
