Owned
Front side window glass on my wife's car popped out of the frame this morning. WTF? It came off the track but didn't crack. I haven't pulled the door apart but hopefully it's not too hard to get it back in the track. Anyone ever deal with this before? I did a quick google but didn't come up with anything quality. bdimag
what car? i've only ever dealt with it on the c70 and it wasn't hard at all... granted i pulled the whole window cassette out, but the glass was just held onto by some brackets (tighten to hold it, not like drilled through or anything).

gdizzle
Dropped my 24-70 f2.8G lens just a couple feet onto pavement, doesn't focus and nikon just quoted me 585 bucks to fix it. It's 6 months old. Awesome.

Just her POS Corolla. Apparently, this happens often to Lexus cars and the dealers are raping people for $600-$800 to fix.

EVERY window in that Corolla will have that happen eventually..the carrier rusts and the window comes off track..dealer parts time (JY cars are just as bad, obviously)...My wifes old corolla had it happen to 3 of the windows. annoying.
