Sorry Cheeseheads, so nice to see the Niners back for real (even with a placeholder QB)

They make us watch The Seattle Seagulls here in Portland FML :( , but there's always the local pubs.

Only watched the first half but that was all I pretty much needed. Even down here in LA there were a lot of San Fran jerseys.

To all my VS bredrin;

Check you nuts. srsly. and not the ones holding the wheels onto your car.

All good down south Graydon ?

My doc played with my nuts during my last visit. He told me what I already knew: nothing odd happening down there.

So I've got a stuck allen-head bolt. The thing rounded in a hurry. Then I tried an extractor, that failed and I've chewed out most of the head, so not a lot left. Also tried cutting a flat head slot, no deal. It's way too stuck for a flat head. I'm really trying to avoid drilling it out completely.

So I've got one more idea left. JBWeld something in to the drilled valley. Like an allen wrench or a small bolt. But I've never used JBweld. Is this just really strong? Or is it going to snap the second I put pressure on it? I don't think the bolt itself is like...super stuck. But I do think it has some threadlocker on it. I just never got a chance to apply much pressure to it because the head rounded right out.

Grind the head off. Remove part. Soak in Kano Kroil, light torch, heat and remove.

It's for a motorcycle exhaust "core". So there's 3 allen heads going around the tip of the pipe. I suspect I'm going to have trouble with all of them. Grinding it off is going to do a number to the surface, and even if I did, I still think there would be too much 'shaft' left in the bolt hole to allow removing of the core.
