Wouldn't be surprised if a tie was in the works.

But more importantly, it significantly narrows the exposure. All protection has compromise. You can wear that suit all the time, versus having to decide the risk high enough today to wear a heavy bulky vest. Protection is only as good if you maximize use. And the head will always be exposed. The narrow gap exposed by the suit is smaller than the area of the head, and mostly bone.

EDIT: The part that stands out to me is the use of the term proof over resistant. And no qualifications on proof, like what the maximum power weapon it is tested against, and distance. I was under the impression material-like protection was only good against small arms, and at more than X distance away.

the lapel corner lays like ass.

the waist tailoring looks poor also.

Nothing about that suit is right...

When I die, my wife is going to load all my parts/wheels and other junk into the back of the wagon and bury me and the car together... So I get to take it with me... ^_^

I think I'd like to bury my ex wife with all my junk...including the XC90 still in my garage.

If you watch the whole video they explain it will stop a .22, 9mm and .45 bullet. The video shows a shooter plugging bullets from what looks like a 9mm (I don't know handguns well enough to differentiate 9 and 45) into the lower abdomen of a dummy wearing the suit from about 50 feet.
