Piston Slapper Posted April 2, 2014 Report Share Posted April 2, 2014 I think if law enforcement changed their focus from pulling over people who are technically speeding but going with the flow of traffic to pulling over people who are actually a danger because of whatever they're doing then we'd see some serious improvement. They can write a reckless driving ticket for pretty much anything they damn well please, they need to start doing it to the guy who's tailgating and eating a cheeseburger in traffic and panic braking when he realizes other traffic is slowing. But at the same time they shouldn't pull over a dude who's on cruise control on an empty road eating a cheeseburger. The problem of law enforcement seeming to lack the intelligence to use discretion goes far beyond traffic... gotta call out the SWAT team for one stoner with a joint lol. mattsk8 Posted April 2, 2014 Report Share Posted April 2, 2014 Took my 14 year old son skating last night (had a "family friendly" session at the bowl). He killed it, it was super fun. He had a riot and I let him stay out w/ me till like 11:30 on a school night. I'm sure he's paying for it now but it was worth it, he gets great grades and he's a great kid. My buddy took pics, I'll post them if or when he sends them to me. Also chiseled what was literally 6" to 8" of ice off my spine ramp last Sunday and skated that Monday. flyfishing3 Posted April 7, 2014 Report Share Posted April 7, 2014 its a STRIPED Marlin. caught about 20 miles off shore out of CABO. little less than 11'. i couldn't lift my left arm after i was done fighting him. we released all 5 marlin we caught. i got home late last night. BTDT Great fishery they have there, those freaking striped marlin fight like you wouldn't believe. Not really heavy fish but damn. Great on 20# tackle.
