It's one thing to be slammed on the ground, but the people who do it statically with coilovers are morons. If you have to do it, do it right and do it on airbags. However, in one of the post, Jeremy did claim he was riding at those height for DD and IMO still too low for that purpose. It wasn't frame dragging but it was barely 1" off the ground.
