theForgottenone
Xc90 d5 getting 50+ mpg is impressive for a suv that size http://redditchstandard.co.uk/news/volvo-impresses-in-economy-test-12911/

gilber33
Has anyone successfully wired in a power driver seat into an x70 that did not have a power driver seat? I gave the power harness the constant 12v and ground like I've done for passenger seats, but that didn't work. I think the memory seat adds a different element to it. I can send you one from an 850 if that would be helpful.

I also forgot I own an S70 with power driver seat and can pull the other plugs to see if there is an additional power source.
survolvo
Here is a diagram for 98 X70. Not sure if Gabe will see this but no one can say I didn't try to be helpful.

gilber33
I can't believe I'm saying this, but, thank you. So it looks like the driver seat receives power at two of the plugs rather than just one like on the passenger seat. I need to look at the one in the S70 when I get home. gilber33
Update: The gray 4 prong male plug in the box that the seat position buttons connects to requires a power and ground as well. Did that and the seat moved. Only problem is the seat motors hit the floor and doesn't allow for much movement, so it's coming out anyways.
