Fudge_Brownie
Best solution I have found is to have team member's grade each other. Your teams "overall grade" is averaged with peer-to-peer indivdual grade. So if your group gets an A, but the rest of the team gave you F's, slackers are graded accordingly. I just finished up a different and much larger project with a disaster of a team lead. A real asshole. Our professor uses this method and I'm looking forward to writing my review, specifically of our team lead. I have 5 pages of notes I kept over the past 2 semesters all about him. The other 3 team members all pulled their weight, and we all worked against the team lead to make headway and barely finished in time. I woke up to a msg on my computer at 6:35am the day of our 8am presentation saying that the project still wasn't finished because the team lead promised he'd finish something simple up a week ago and hadn't done his shit. I walked in there not knowing if it was done. I ever tell you guys when I'm tired, I ramble? More than usual....
7 VII 7
I do not understand why someone would NOT want to pull their own weight on a project... don't you want to do well and not make your team hate you :D
matt b
M56H started mi 95, n00bs, you'll need to read the tag on the transmission to know what it is.As for the team stuff: I've had classes where we graded each other and unfortunately, some people made it personal. But my last 2 teams in grad school were great, we got along great and people told it like it was. No hassle, I hate drama.

RBoy8
That really sucks.Make your brother fix the scratches or make him pay to paint your hood.Yeah it really does suck but I know it's not his fault. He just parks the car at the start of the day and then drives it home. He doesn't drive it out when he has lunch time or anything (yes, I do believe him).I'm just frigging pissed off because he goes to a high school full of shtheads and aszhats. My parents and I talked to him and he agreed to not drive the cars to school anymore. Heh, he was telling me a story that a few days ago his friend's 3.2CL Type S was keyed at school right after he got it.I'll probably go over the hood tomorrow with a buffer and see if it helps .
