7 VII 7 Posted October 23, 2009 Report Share Posted October 23, 2009 Soo.... just found out that my Team Lead is quitting (after 3 weeks in the position *3 years with the firm*) to go to another company and make 50% more a year... and I am going to be come the new Team Lead. I already work 10 hour days with my work load, now I have more political bullshit to deal with and more work... yikes. Thats what I hate about his area is that people jump jobs SOOO much to make more money.
