survolvo
Never really looked at the black interiors on 850s before now. I just got one and first thing I noticed is the headliner and everything on the roof is tan.... Is this normal on them, or did someone swap headliners? It is really buggin me. It's not really tan, but a light cream or beige right? Normal. My 98 S70 is the same way. It's bizarre isn't it? But it kinda "lightens" up the interior while keeping the dark look. survolvo
Yea beige. It is strange. It does lighten it up though, thats probably why Volvo did that. Call it OCD, but every time I sit in the car, its all I notice. I think it would look much better black, or even gray
Jesus
Preffered the beige headliner over the black suede I have now with the charcoal interior.

RobT5M
I had the beige, ended up doing a black headliner. Pulling the grey headliner out this weekend since engine work got pushed back, to re do it in black suede. :D
Aequitas_Veritas
yeah even in the Rs with black interior the headliner is stock beige. I swapped mine out with black swede. Doesn't feel as open inside, but people love to touch it. If I did it again I would probably go with grey suede instead. I do like how it matches my interior though. And its 100x better looking then the ugly beige though.
Fudge_Brownie
So I just pulled my first subframe mount. After reading people's advice here, I thought pfft no problem. FUCK THAT. I broke two blades on a jig saw, melted rubber to a third, bent a flat head screw driver, and found nothing I had around the house really seemed like it would help. Finally, I pulled the frame down a little, enough to get the 90deg hook side of a crowbar in, and pried. BAM. I'm really thinking this would be best prying from above, or rigging up a pulley-remover somehow. But for now, the other three are on hold, maybe to be done a little down the road since the one I pulled didn't seem to worn. Even after 170,000 pot hole filed miles. RobT5M
Anyone know what size hose needs to be used for the vac line on the turbo? aka the line from compressor to mbc and from wastegate to mbc? is it 5mm? Tried to do some searching, didnt really come up with any definitive answers... And where does everyone buy it from? Need to get some so I can route my new tcv over by the intake so its not heating up so much by the turbo where I had my mbc. + I want to run the mbc in parallel with it.
