I've done it where I work. Even though it was more so, hey im not going to be here friday can you deduct 8hrs out of sick time instead of vacation time. 2hrs sick, 52 vacation. Thats what im at right now They also pay vacation time if you get fired or quit. so thats also why I take sick time since its not paid out. It was the mandated 4 weeks and the mandate that it be allowed to roll over into the next year.
