In all honesty the only "dangerous" obstacles are the electric shocks. Speaking of which, found out today that a double cousin who's my age has been diagnosed with Brugada Syndrome. He had something like 7 endurance type races booked for the next 10 weeks (cycling and high altitude cross country), endurance sports is his life.
