we'd been smoking earlier and we thought we might later. it was my last night before i'm leaving for the east coast for 3 weeks so we were just all gonna hang out and have fun before i had to leave. i tried to throw it but they already had their flashlights on us and there was no trees or bushes anywhere close.

i did put it in my sock, lol. but i got searched last and they patted down my friends' ankles so i just took it out and gave it to them. i've never been in trouble before so i didn't know where they would and wouldn't look.

oh and i haven't really talked to my parents yet... lol. i have a feeling they might be slightly displeased.

we were spending the night at my friend's and we were bored so we went across the street to the skatepark to look at the moon and shit cause it was a clear night. someone called the cops and we got arrested for trespassing (the park was technically closed) and curfew (it was 12:30, curfew is 12). they then searched us and i had .3grams of weed so i got a PCS also. it sucked. then we got taken to juvie.

Dude never just give pot to the cops. .3 grams of bud could have been hidden between your toes. They won't find that much on you. Cops missed 2 grams my friend had in his pocket...

i know i could have hidden it really easily if i had had the opportunity but from the time we knew they were there to the time they had a constant watch on us until the search was less than 5 seconds. i had time to get it out of my pocket, contemplated throwing it but knew they'd see me so i stashed it in my sock. i was crouched so i couldn't really hide it anywhere quick. i know what you're supposed to do in a situation like we were in but i couldn't because of different things. all that was around us was cement so i couldn't throw it anywhere hidden.

why didnt you just mush it under your heal of your shoe? they can not prove that it is yours... as far as they know you happen to be standing on it that someone else threw down... if you went to court that would have not held up... stupid

I do kinda agree that your dumb for having it on you, and not in a better hiding spot then that. If you buy an SRH hoodie, they have built in hidden stash pockets (I didnt even know about them till after owning it for about 3 months). Its what I always take when im gonna be carrying around my stash. what does PCS stand for?

no joke. i fucked up but it still sucks. the fact that i had that tiny of an amount of weed and got a PCS pisses me off. and we were cuffed and arrested and taken into custody BEFORE they knew we had anything on us. so it was for sitting in the park. we weren't smoking there or anything. i accept responsibility for what i did and it was pretty stupid. four fucking cop cars showed up to arrest us for being in the park.

Is it really worth screwing up your life to get high on pot? Why is a beer not enough? That charge will follow you around forever. The coolest part of that will be when you have to write an explanation to be filed in your employee records when you get a REAL job in the REAL world. Then you have to pay a lawer to have it sealed and expunged. Which doesn't even count if you want to be a lawer, teacher and other various jobs.

I'm not trying to be harsh but pot is not worth it. Having something that can be used against you sucks. This is a competitive world and companies and people are looking for any reason to not give you a piece of the pie. Don't limit your chances to provide for yourself and potentailly a family you'll have by breaking some stupid laws.

Why was it in your pocket? Why did you even bring it with you?

there was a lot going through my mind in those 5 seconds, i just wanted to get it as far away from me as i could. also i was with three other people and i wouldn't want someone else somehow getting in trouble for something i did. we were all intimidated and i doubt i could ahve stared forward with a straight face while he asked us who's weed it was for 5 minutes.

it was definitely dumb, i'm not gonna act like it wasn't my fault. i had an old hoodie with one of those pockets, i wish i still had it. i don't really need to worry about that now though, hah.
