7 VII 7
Small update, the body shop i am taking it to is not in Progressive's network but they said that is fine, The shop got great reviews and is near my house... i drop it off on Tuesday. Car died on Saturday with my son in the car. I was driving and the car started to loose power (lights getting dim, wipers were getting slower) luckly I was able to pull off safely. I could not start the car and it would not crank or click when turning the key. I called a tow truck and my wife picked up my son. I look under the good and the wire #1 was unplugged from the alternator. I am thinking that when the guy backed into me it might have jared the wire out and the little driving I did from Thurs evening to Saturday afternoon killed my battery. Car was towed to a shop to get looked at today. I am 95% sure the battery is dead dead dead since all of a sudden I lost power and the wire was disconnected. I will hear back today. gdizzle
This happened once before a few months back. If her name is on the title than yeah she can do whatever she wants. In MD, if both parties names are on the title, it can't be sold w/o signatures from both parties. If one is dead, proof of death has to be provided. Also got a chuckle out of this.

Interesting. Most states (including KY) use the and/or rule rather than what GA uses.

Curious how often you run into title issues with the cars you buy and sell? You're in the higher end market generally so I would imagine it is less frequent but I would bet you encounter some loopy ones occasionally. Fudge_Brownie
Does actually removing the pump improve the feel? Because if not, the feeling of low/no fluid in the system is like nails on a chalkboard to me. I have no idea why anyone would want that on roads that experience winter. Yes, you feel ever bump in the road. But I wouldn't use the word "connected" to describe it.

Manual steering like in old 944's = Non functional power steering = Edited September 24, 2013 by fivex84
NEU
Or 914 steering. Then add a 13" wheel and short shift... Now that was a workout...

Manual steering like in old 944's = Non functional power steering = Besides the possibility of air pressure in a PS rack, what's the real difference? Looks like a 944 manual system is still rack and pinion?
