We had plenty of drinks etc. and walked home (like half a mile or so). On the way home my buddy and I are making jokes at a couple who had crossed the street and started walking in front of us in the same direction. At the precise moment that the guy grabbed her ass, a car drives by and I hear the sound of several shots of what sounds like compressed air being discharged (after I thought about it). After a second (I am pretty drunk) I realized my chest hurt but I still had my breath. Turns out I had been shot by a paintball. I yell out in a joking tone, "I've been shot!" The couple turns around like wtf? and sees I'm okay. I looked down and there was paint stuff on my shirt so I knew it wasn't airsoft.
