Drunk vaping hipsters standing in the middle of the highway yelling "do a burnout". But I do agree with you. I have never been to SoWo and never will go, but from the videos I have seen the reports I have heard, it just seems like a bunch of hipsters and fat laced DC wearing douches. And really it's no different from playtime on Lake Havasu or Daytona Beach around Spring Break.The difference is Helen is a very small town with limited LEO but since tourism is their focus it sounds like they should do a better job policing and getting County and State troopers involved. Anybody want to PM (Because I know this question will offend some and doesn't need to be public) about state to state gun laws etc.? Going to be camping remotely as much as we can.
