I stayed with 7..skipped 8If you're happy with 7, and don't feel you're missing anything, I'm not sure there's a reason to upgrade. Granted, I haven't followed Win10 closely, but I'd wait for a Win10 Service Pack 1 (assuming there will be one), get the bugs worked out.
