However, I haven't kept up with specific models/lines and the features they offer, so have your kids figure out which features they need, and which ones they want, then use those criteria to filter down on Crutchfield. Run the internal amp in the new head unit. It's a much better option than the stock amp, the evolution in technology is worth it! Also, crutchfield will say that a double-din won't fit because you have to modify the factory radio cavity in the dash to secure the new radio. I tried to debate with them about that for a while, but they won't update their site. Hi mate, can you repost the link pls? Quote

andyb5 Posted September 29, 2023 Report Posted September 29, 2023 Yeah the link / page broke during one of the recent site refreshes. I think I have a copy of the original saved, let me look. Own this and the older version of this: Battery Tender Plus Curious how the Noco works out, first year I'm using it - the BT has kept numerous batteries afloat and brought some back from the dead until I could source new ones, great unit. I originally bought the 1.25amp you linked, but 1.25amp would have taken longer than I would have liked since I needed it recharged quicker to be able to move the car again. Now that we're all moved out, closing is on the 14th, so it will sit in a comfy garage 360 days of the year im sure. The Noco charged it back up within a few hours fully. I can report back in a few months once the car has been sitting again for awhile, its currently parked at a friends shop while we await closing. Quote
