Now that we're all moved out, closing is on the 14th, so it will sit in a comfy garage 360 days of the year im sure. The Noco charged it back up within a few hours fully. I can report back in a few months once the car has been sitting again for awhile, its currently parked at a friends shop while we await closing. Good to know it's effective, I plugged it in, put the cover on and haven't really looked at this car since. Good luck on your move! RobT5M
Been pulling my car in and out of the garage a lot lately. It has not gone further than 20 feet, but like, that's exciting.
RobT5M
In an effort to not get this thread archived. Turned in the CX-5, got a loaded CX-50 for a few dollars more a mo than I was paying for the 5. Incentives on the 50's are crazy, roughly 7500 under msrp.

Repairs were roughly 7k, biggest hassle was the parts taking so long, got the car back a week ago. Going through the fun hassle of dealing with the extra damage done to my back now. RobT5M
Anyone here have like chronic sciatica or something close? How's driving a manual work for you? I'm on the fence of if I want to attempt it, or sell the s70.

I'm on the fence of if I want to attempt it, or sell the s70. I have had sciatica for some time, but I wouldn't say it is chronic. Certain sitting positions will cause problems for me, but driving doesn't. Both my cars are manuals. That said, I am most likely selling the 850. I don't have time or room for 2 project cars. Yeah im on the fence, I know when I first had my injury, driving the car 30-40 minutes to work would essentially make it so I couldnt walk afterwards 😅. I'd hate to get rid of it, but im about to attempt to finish the garage out this coming weekend. So I will give it a tune up, new brakes, etc here in a couple of weeks as my back allows and go for a ride.
Zappo
Since most of the threads on here are locked and no one around who has the ability to unlock them, I will post here. Engine caught fire yesterday. Electrical fire for the 3 and 4 coil and cooked the COP harness. Currently in the process of converting the car back to 4.3 and distributor. We'll see if I remember how to do it.
