Zappo
Not sure if there was something with the tune or not. It fried the 3 and 4 coil like a month ago. I thought I had it fixed, but the bad miss issue started again on the way to work on Tuesday. The harness wires to the coils were getting so hot they caught fire. I have a picture of the damage, but it wasn't that bad. Luckily I noticed the smoke coming out of the hood and put it out before it spread to write off the car. I have it half converted back to running the 4.3 ECU. I still have to change the injectors and install the stock coil. The car is actually sitting in front of Carson's house right now, but he lives close by and let me use the spot. I should have it running tomorrow if the coil plugs in and works. Zappo
It is mostly converted back right now, however the plug to the stock coil is missing some wires. I am sure there are 3 that it needs, but I am not sure what colors they are now. Anyone with an 850 could tell me the colors and the order, that would be very helpful. Thanks,
Zappo
Never mind, it lives again. A little wiring fix at the control module and it fired right up and idled correctly.
