You're like 19 aren't you? please explain to me how you've owned property for 12 years. I call major bullshit on what you said. And trust me, owning property is a lot different from selling it. While you've probably seen the same building for a decade, I've dealt with more buildings in a period of a month.

And unless you're grossly misinformed, all of our brokers and agents at the firm are called advisors. And it seems that you aren't aware of Sperry Van Ness, which is pretty odd since you've been in the business for 12 years. Also we don't get paid for advise, we just get our commissions. And I wouldn't be getting them if we weren't doing something right.

Still, I call complete and utter bullshit on what you said.

Where did i say that I own anything, clearly stated the truth which is that I have been dealing with commercial RE for 12, would you like to seemy employment contract and the 300 page Starbucks lease I have setting on my desk?

I am in the management side not the selling, selling is lame and boring, seems like advising has been really good to you since you still drive a crappy 850 and live with your parents :lol: :lol: :lol:

Hate is such a strong word and a wasted emotion, typical of you though, can't even have a decent converstaion without you typically flying off the handle and attacking, do you advise people to do that as well?

Try managing over a million dollars worth of contracts a month and having to sell, first the customer, then the bank on the entiredeal. But remember if one person in the transaction hic-ups, you have all 5 of your bossess breathing down your neck and even the people working for you getting pissed off cause you cant get thier deal hung. Oh man... we have property managers at my office... whenever we buy a property for our own holdings we get rid of the original over paid managers.. we just had to deal with one that think's he's hot shit because he has been "in the business" for 20 Years.. just because you read through 300 page lease agreements doesn't make you hot shit either. Man thanks for the laughs!
