I knew it.. lol.its funny when I was in texas a 3000sqft house with 1/2acre went for $170,000 here where I live same house $400,000 and just 2 hrs south of me in MD. that same house goes for $600,000 and in Cal. probally $2 mill. now whos the smart one ? Personally I am doing my Damnedest to move to Texas and hope Cal. falls into the ocean lol, it's funny I come from a long line of investors Dad / Mom, not a whole lot of Colleges degrees but worked hard and saved like crazy. Back in Miami, it took us forever to own several things and live well. Whereas here in TX, holyeffin - mothereffin - sonababish!! almost 3 years and saving is paying off hard core style ...I dont have a fancy tittle to brag about but I'm happy and is paying the bills lol.. plus my debt is like 28k - 2k in cc's at the most no kiddin' that is not including the crap invested some is debt, some is $4$ btw, I work in a company that integrates their software with network cameras, pretty cool I LOVE IT..! lol, Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Now im doing sales and support for this company www.pcretriever.com . Over all its pretty nice. Its a major change from what I was doing before but im still able to utilize my automotive knowledge.
