T5gruppy
I looked at work before, and found you can get carbon fiber trim for 98-00 S/V/C 70's through volvo, but... It cost millions! I think the center console piece was $265 alone. Would be nice to have OEM, but cant see spending that much on so little...

Still a lot of money.yeah... thats the glove box piece for $45.... all that's left is the dash piece, did you click the link????? every 98+ p1 v/s/c 70 had the same trim mouldings... i'm sure there is a wrecked one near him he could pull the middle piece off of for not too much. and then walla he has the wood trim... i'm pretty sure he just has the grey base model inserts right nowand if he wants the shifter and steering wheel too that will be a more but that stuff is more rare
Owned
I have never seen a dash kit that did not look dumb. There's a lot of people kidding themselves.I do think that wrapped dashes look fantastic when done well, though.
SnapCracklePop
i could go to the pull-a-part near here and look..but not many places have volvos in their junk yards around here, and if they do its the old ones. and yes i do have the stock gray inserts..very boring to look at, and im wanting to snazzy up the inside by gettin the wood inserts and the gauge ringsso back to my main question..do you think the trim kit i showed is worth it? SnapCracklePop
haha why would you want to trade for the black? its very boring..plus trading would mean that i drive around for a week or so without dash trim. the reason why i would buy stick on as oppposed to the real deal is what was stated above. money. im only 18 with a part time job so buying stuff for my car takes a while. i got insurance, gas, cell phone bill, and school stuff to pay for so i never have a whole lot of spare money. i will get in contact with both of you soon to see if i can get a price? ultimately thats the deciding factor. thanks for the offers.
