It has nothing to do with the width of the wheels, as most 18" Volvo wheels are 7" - 8" wide. In addition, you don't need a spacer and an adapter, they are the same thing, and for wheels as cheap as the Medusas, $100 more for spacers still makes them cheaper than most 18" wheels.I think they look awesome, do it!Thanks I was thinking the same thing.
