It's the only true German oil Castrol makes and I really like it. I noticed it wasn't going off at all recently and when I went into the programming, for some reason it just decided to reprogram itself and turn all the bands off (including laser). Between the additives and ratings, it meets and exceeds all of the required specifications out engines, or most European engines, need. All that aside, from all of the oils I've used in both my P80s, my S60R, and my 2 Gen 1 S40s, the GC is by far the smoothest oil, in my opinion. That and the VOA is known to be much better on GC than most other oils for European cars. All in all, I got 6 quarts for $35, it meets all the necessary specifications, and I love it. Can't complain. Realized 1 tire was a little low and my registration sticker was still last years. (Have new one just lazy) So I backed it back in and drove Emma's civic to the store.
