Tommy.
Sounded terrible. But I'm sure it'll be just fine Good job on the swap!
Serge
Replaced the passenger side axle with a rebuilt from O'reilly's. The EMPI one from FCP was so jacked up. Tons of play when turning the inner joint. No more vibration when accelerating, no more clicking when turning, no more pulling to the side. Replaced the CBV with an OEM Mitsubishi one. Original CBV was actually in very good shape, no tears or problems. Mitsubishi part came with the stock spring, so I figure it won't hurt. Replaced a vac line going from the BCS to the exhaust side of the turbo (under the CBV).
boosted_brick
damn, some of y'all were busy the past few days. i haven't even touched my car since thursday. i have yet to drill out the stripped torx bolt for the spark plug cover. i gather from that one post that the ipd wires are kinda shitty. what about plugs? i've only used ngk plugs and wires in other cars but i'm not seeing anything nice said about them for the 850's. i'd catch hell if i used anything bosch in my last car
Aequitas_Veritas
What post says the IPD wires are crappy? They are the same wires as these http://www.kingsbornewires.com/product.sc?productId=83&categoryId=71 Which ive run on my car for years with no issues at all. I had Bosch Platinums installed and the car would misfire horridly at anything more than 1/2 throttle and above 3500rpm. Did a quick tune up with my previously listed parts and bam. 6 grand at WOT with zero issues. What post says the IPD wires are crappy? They are the same wires as these http://www.kingsborn...3&categoryId=71 Which ive run on my car for years with no issues at all. Mine said they were shitty. The two sets that I have had both fell apart when I went to service the plugs. I be right back with a pic, hold on a sec.

Einherjer
The IPD plug wires are made by kingsborn, but they still are horrible plug wires. they dont like being run hot, else they fall appart as you can see in Kalvins pics. Bougicord is a far better brand, and they cost significantly less then the IPD plug wires. its one of the few products IPD needs to pull off their shelfs and replace it with somthing better. BtownVolvo
Dropped the tank and replaced the sender and pump seals (for P0445). Ran the car. Went back out after being home for a while and smelled/saw a pool of fuel. Panicked. Vented garage/house. Opened access port. Snapped pump sender hoses on more securely. Lost brain cells. Cleaned up. Fixed. That's about it.
Mesoam
or just stop selling "performance" plugwires. I don't recall anyone really having issues with Magnecore wires, then again you don't hear much about those these days...

I still have a little bit of an issue with my gas level sensor in my cluster and when my car is ran for 30mins and then stopped and then started up 10 mins later I have a fuel smell. NEU
Removed driveshaft to rebuild front cv joint and found out I can't (it's a long story). Ordered complete rebuilt unit from Colorodo driveshafts. Now I have to return replacement cv to FCP and wait a week for the replacement to get AWD again. Also installed adjustable swaybar endlinks I made from Mid West Controls. OMG! So much better feeling than one Tombone and one IPD HD set I had. Also leveled out the swaybar. Can't wait to tackle the rear endlinks.

I'm assuming you don't have a CEL? I was fixing an evap leak that had code P0445. Only time will tell if that was what the problem was.
