well then. i guess i know what to do now.

firing order is 1-5, left to right, correct?

Firing order is 1-2-4-5-3 iirc...You may want to move this to <98 maintenance..and post a topic. you'll get more help. post what its doing and when. Also anything you have done. If you are getting repeat p0131(?) it is an O2 sensor problem in bank 1 (front). That sensor reads the exhaust gasses and adjusts the fuel trim via the ECU. if the sensor is giving false readings then your car runs like shit.

edit: Tom. ..beat me to the firing order!

you're right, i should do that but i'm getting great help here :D

i guess i'm messing with the wires once more... ffs.

i think i have one last question, since you guys have really been a lot of help and i do appreciate the lack of flaming... there's 2 O2 sensors, correct? you guys do 'em both at the same time, right? that's kinda what i'm thinking about doing...

yep knew it. don't let a yeller t5-r run like stuff.

it's been running pretty good for the most part. i get a lil stalling every so often. i guess this is my payback (from the car) for not immediately fixing everything that goes wrong.

They're pricey so I would only replace the one that needs to be replaced. The front one will run you around $100-125 I think depending on where you get it. Bosch = OEM in this case I'm pretty sure.

Rockauto.com sells them for $100

I would imagine if the firing order was wrong and the car actually ran it would definitely set off an O2 code. I would imagine raw fuel would be getting dumped into the exhaust, which O2 sensors tend to pick up on.

the rear O2 is just there to monitor catalyst function it has no effect on the driveability of the car...what codes are you getting exactly?

I would focus on the front sensor for now and get an OE bosch 15097

Also make 100% sure that your firing order is correct..I didn't think the car would even do more than crank and sputter if the order was off though..
