PCV, o2, and a little blue filter.

Yeah saw that, wait until you have to clean it.... <_<

As for me: oil change, full paint works (clay bar, wash, 3 stage wax treatment), slapped on some new wheels and rubber (yeah for rubbing on a lowered car...), installed the jewels, blacked out the grille, etc.... I'm sore.

Today I carried my T5 engine from MA to NY - 3.5 hours - glad I didn't lower the car anymore than putting the R AWD springs in & thank go for nivomats; you couldn't stick one finger between the tire & arch at first, atfer a few miles, back to normal height :) The extra weight made no appreciable difference to accel @ highway speeds, I love my M66 :)

Had a nice coupla hours with NGB (Nick) & his dad, getting the motor & trans the rest of the way out of the wrecked car & the motor into the back of my wagon.

Checked on the 244 and the tracking service is showing it's in Gardena, CA. and should be here around 5/13/08.

As for the Miata... I'm shopping for a set of Stance AL+ coilovers, a Hard Dog Hardcore Double Diagonal cage, Apexi N1 style muffler, Megasquirt, and a Nitrous Express wet kit... need it all here by the end of the month so I can get ready for the cruise on June 14th. B) Slammed with the cage and a 50 shot ftw.

Loosely modeling it after this one (going to angle my Apexi N1 with a bit more of an upwards tilt):

Going to be getting the Sportmax wheels (pictured above) as well in about 2 months and painting the centers bronze. B)

damn that's a sick miata you got there.

nice job!

Drove it 1200 miles from 94 degree heat in Florida to 34 degrees in Rhode Island. With a loaded car RX-8s still dont fair too well against the R.
