Yesterday rather than today, but my father and I wired up a set of sidemarker lights to my car. We love how they look and don't know why we hadn't done them long before . We'll be doing his next sometime this week, as we ran out of time yesterday evening.

Pops said he's excited to put them on his car too.

Long overdue.

You've got what, 10 sets of markers?

Robbed every car in the JY of them.

Washed both 850s.

Swapped in some charcoal trim in the 850R wagon (doing a charcoal interior swap). Discovered that some v70 interior pieces do not fit 850s, such as B-pillar trim and 3rd brake light hardware on tailgate. :(

Cool project! A friend at school has a Z he spent a lot while restoring. He use to use it as his drift car for a while, but now its a nice day toy  Anyways, good luck with your Z and keep us updated on how it goes :D

That's nice looking, is it a 2+2?

Mine is turning into a huge project. I parked it 3 years ago because the carbs needed to be tuned or maybe re-jetted, it pulls like crazy under WOT but doesn't idle very well, it dumps gas like crazy when it idles. Pushed it into the garage and got it running on three year old gas using ether. The hydraulic clutch parts were all shot so I ordered the clutch master and slave cylinder, those should be in today. One of the rear wheel cylinders was leaking and got on the shoes which expanded, so getting the drum off was fun. New wheel cylinder and shoes should be in tomorrow.

Once I get it drivable again which will hopefully be this Wed, I'll probably just put the wheels on it and park it. I have a solid Texas body, its a complete car but doesn't run because one of the fuel pumps is bad. I think I'm going to gut that car, put the body on a rotisserie and give a proper restoration. The one in the pics is too far gone, so once I get the body on the Texas car restored I'll take the drive train, suspension, interior, etc out of the one and put it in the other. The gray one's engine is rock solid, plus it has Koni suspension, a 5 speed manual, and a great rear diff. Should make a solid car once its all done.

I did get all the glass cleaned, carb stacks polished, wheels polished, valve cover polished, adjusted valve lash, cleaned all the pine needles, leaves, and crap out of it, bought a pair of new front tires cuz the old ones were dry rotted, etc. Its coming along slowly but surely.

OBX downpipe no cat 3" stainless straight pipe to a 3"/2.5" stainless conical reducer then TME muffler and TME tip

I'll link a video in a bit

How's the drone, Kevin? I've been thinking of finally putting my OBX dp in the car, and am considering going 2.5" after the cat.

Odd. I have charcoal x70 trim from the a pillars to the tailgate. Everything swapped straight in. I also had no issues swapping the high mount led brake light and associated trim on my 850 hatch.

barely noticeable....then again I was straight piped before

I'll post videos of in car and fly-bys

Hmmm, interesting.

Take me for a ride when we're at Carlisle? I think hearing in person would really help me decide lol. I want to change the exhaust but if there's too much drone for my liking, I am happy with keeping it stock.
