Mesoam
Honestly your best bet is just picking up a used one and chipping away at it a bit at a time. The only thing i would have done differently is sanding the lip down smooth. I left it. Crap, I want a polished i/m so badly!

Adam, I took a sander to another one this afternoon since I was sanding a door and it's definitely one way to do it. But I agree that the biggest thing is time. I don't have enough time to dedicate to the car, so I sometimes have to buy mods I could probably do myself....

firepuma
Installed my Samco's from FIORE today along with new Nivo's (the lowered euro chasis one's). Found out I had drop bolts there so no need for the one's I got from Dongle. Kinda weird day, happy it's done car feels better given the stockers had 203K on them, sad it took all flippin day doing it in the driveway. firepuma
nope they were in there, did not come with the nivo's. Someone must have put them in. About half the height on the dongle bolts. Ride height looks the same as you saw it yesterday but it feels so much better :D
RobT5M
Celebrated birthday by doing a heater core bypass... and then unwillingly had to replace positive terminal connector since mine decided to sheer off while driving and kill the car on the road.... Probably one of the last order from DW to go out. Had to wait a couple weeks for them to find them then get them to me.

I wish I could confirm it'd be a V70R, but she's more indecisive than me when it comes to cars and ultimately she'll be the one picking it out. We'll see, we'll probably our usual 3-4 months to decide.

matt b
Just surprise her with a Flash Green/Atacama The two colors that I know she would not want in her car! Besides that, I think she's pretty open to anything: auto, manual, year, color, etc....
