RobT5M
Lol took it down to get brakes put on.. they took the pass side wheels off, wiggled the driver wheel... it moved about half an inch... and they come back telling me my tie rods are shot... heres what I thought was funny... 1. they didnt know which tie rod, or even that I had 2. 2. they quoted me $275 FOR ONE tie rod not including labor, when I called volvo it was $50 for outer and 80 for inner for OEMs 3. they could not work on the car untill I fixed the tie rod. looked at them laughed my arse off, and said put the wheels back on, and peeled out of their parking lot, then went to lunch. so buying pads and doing it myself. then tightening the ebrake set up to remove the annoying noise Just brakes, for the lose. oh and thanks for the above tire suggestions. cant wait to get those on the car. DonutsDemise
i finally put the springs i got from adam a year ago on my car. just the fronts though, i was too tired to do the rear after wrestling with rusty bolts that i couldn't get my air tools on. matt b
Blurry pic, crappy laptop: is that second pic the drain cog for the block ? If so, it stays as is, so long as it is closed. First pic: is that a 99 and pre 99 difference ? Stupid, simple annoying answer would be: lift the engine. But you probably don't want crappy jokes right now.
