If you want to argue, take it to the court after signing the ticket, how simple is that Signing the ticket is not admission to fault. He wasn't posing a threat to the officer2. You might argue #1 because of his hands in his pockets, but as you can see from the way they were in the pockets they weren't gripping a gun/knife.
