Complete NA cam swap will give more overlap. Intake cam only gives nice results on stock cam adjustment using the Volvo cam tool.

For the UR pulley, has been beaten to death.. It's not only the front bearing which can be compromised according the world wide web but also the rotational mass inertia, forgive my poor explanation, on both sides of the crank which will be off balance and could cause a crank to break in half. I don't expect this engine to live for 125k+ miles and so far I didn't see any negatives on a 5 cylinder.
