Received the keys of a nice loaner for the way home, Emiel wants to tackle the AWD issues. All the needed parts are in stock including a new angle gear.. Hope the damage is minimal. Top image is the AWD Spline collar which normally connects the gearbox differential to the angle gear. Bottom image is the shaft of the angle gear. As you can see the collar has it's teeth stripped off. Often the damage will transfer to the angle gear shaft but in this case it appears to be in pretty good shape. It only took me 4 hours to have that thing removed from the gearbox...and i've done a lot of those collars...
