7 VII 7
but seriously... there is not that much of a weight difference.Slotted... no cracking
Leo850T5
i'd go with slotted, as the pros outweigh the cons and they look cooler IMO
Skrill
I think the slotted look cooler too.

ErikS
negligible, probably the same if from the same place. Why not get both? Or just pony up and get 330's, and be done with it.
steve s
Why not get both? Or just pony up and get 330's, and be done with it.they're all the same price. $393 each. regardless of size. (at least from this one place.) i'd luv to go 328x28. but that requires a 10 bolt hat, which i don't have. and 4 mm spacer on the bracket, which will put the caliper too close if not touching on the volans
Black Betty
i hate drilled and plus your old ones are cracking so isnt that a sign that the drilled are bad? i vote slotted

Kibim
Slotted definately. If you tow or carry any weight in your car, you'll burn up and crack the drilled disks. I'm also very tempted to say our cars are too heavy and without sufficient brake cooling to make use of drilled.
steve s
but u know what the funny thing is? yes there are some really really small cracks at the drilled holes. maybe one or two spots, 2-3mm at the drilled holes, on each rotor. the big cracks are at each and every slot for the brass bushings that mount the rotor to the hat. hgray14
Ya, how come both isn't an option? I have a decent understanding of drilled and slotted but can't figure out why doing both wouldn't be even better. They have the same number of slots as the slotted and fewer holes than the drilled...so maybe they would resist cracks better???Any advice?By the way, if I HAVE to choose I would go with slotted over drilled; I think they look nicer. My 850 T-5R #2 came with slotted on the front and drilled on the rear...or is it the other way around...I will have to go check.Houston
