You can speak only Spanish and live just fine in certain parts of Miami, you know something is wierd when you see every highway billboard written in Spanish. Our failure should not become a reason to let something occur.More importantly, fine, let it happen. But put a wall around them, as they are not permitted to leave their mini-country. Is it really that ridiculous to ask one thing of the people that come and try and "diversify" our country by setting up their ghettos? Learn the damn language.
