I knew that the rods should have damage,because there were times that I drove the car with very high boost without an ecu tuinng.Especially when my BCV was broken with 5th gear and 2500rpm when I was pressing the acc. pedal the pressure was up to 1.4bar So I should wait for this result.hmm so i guess my rods are bent mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hellas850 T-5 Posted April 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Well,well the things are not going so good.... :( I finally decided for pistons-rods combo.139,5mm rods 35.9mm compression height pistons.Because the other combination(143mm rods-30.5mm compr. pistons)doesn't fit.The compression goes very low.I found a kit of 5 pistons in Sweden,JE,but the bad thing is the diameter.81,5mm.So if in the future will be needed a refresh I'll have to change block.A friend found an exhaust house that manufactures tubular manifolds for about 500 euros so I'll go to discuss it,I am waiting for parts.No progress so yet.For the turbo I am thinking for GT3076R with 0.82 A/R Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Hellas850 T-5 Posted April 29, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 29, 2008 Giannis I'm still waiting....I ordered pistons rods they must be here tomorrow.I ordered the ARP studs,I ordered(thanks to you!!!)the turbo timer,I ordered tie rod kit,I ordered the N/A cams,I received(thanks Joseph)the AEM A/F gauge,I have the EGT Greddy.Tomorrow I will pay-order for the IPD sway bars,18x8 PEGS(Replicas)and some other styling parts,next Monday I'll go to a friend for the leather interior.I was thinking to leave the turbo-injectors-ecu after I will finish the engine in order to make a research especially with the ECU.I was thinking to contact RICA if they have any available chip for the turbo and injectors that I will tell them,and then go to PLEXTUNING(you know who is) and make corrections on the dyno. Try also to ACE motorsport - Ασκληπιού 4-6 Πειραιάς Τηλ. 210 4101250 (Dimitriadis). Hellas850 T-5 Posted May 5, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 5, 2008 Hello after many days some parts finally arrived.Here are some photos.Under the CD player I will place three gauges.The EGT gauge and the AEM A/F.A view of our workshop,you can see a very old model between the new Volvos.This is my current vehicle.......A friend who tries to match the gauges.Pistons JE and rods LGSPEED.A very nice guy to work with Lars found these pistons for me.The rods are from his shop.The same things.And a photo of my friend's SIERRA COSWORTH.Today I received the cams from N/A (thanks Andrew).I have received a tie rod kit,a turbo timer APEXI and I wait for the ARP studs.
