Che'_Moderator
1. Moderators are now warning members. Someone will let you know if your warn level goes over 50%. 2. I really could care less about off topic posts, as long as they are in OT.3. Do not try to by-pass the word filters. If you repeatedly do it you will receive a warning. 4. Do not post anything that will have to be deleted. Moderators do not delete posts, unless it goes against the word filter policy or is extremely racist. I am not trying to make this site draconian. In fact the moderators have been informed to be as lax as possible. We are going to crack down a little though. So sit tight and try to enjoy the site. Remember we are all here because we share an interest. We should not be fighting.

patrick
i have a question; is there a way we can personally check our warning level, or will we know if warned? or do we have to ask a mod or what? just curious

Policy here is not to thell the person as telling them usually causes more problems. Again though we are very lax. If you get warned you deserved it. PyROTech
sorry about bypassing the word filter, i am guilty of doing it many times. But please keep in mind i am never out to offend anyone and always supportive of everyone else and i dont flame other people/ remain neutral. The last censorship issue was me commenting about myself, but still its against the rules and i understand and will try next time to follow them better. lax01
usually causes more problems by telling them you're warning them? thats sort a confused logic isn't it? either tell us, or drop the warning level system....if you are really abusing the forum, then you need to be suspended...just my thoughts

Half the people here who are juvenile enough to need to be warned would only lash out if they knew they were warned. The warning system is for staff to keep dibs on people and know how much action needs to be taken. IE if I see something done by a member that I think needs to be warned I check his warning level. If he has already been warned like 10 times in ten days I just suspend his account. If its the first warning he has received, I just increase his level slightly.
