so how much for a pair of 5mm spacers with lugs and shipping? total?
-
did you try backing the parking brake off?
-
Get a lawyer, and you got a leg to stand on i'm sure. If the lady is like 8.5 - 9 months pregnant she shouldn't even be driving. Girls are crazy enough as it is without adding all that poking hormonal stuff. Sorry to hear that pat.
rofl 2nd!!!!!!!!
-
The pregnant girl was driving? She stopped in the middle of the road? You have absolutely zero recourse? I'd seriously talk to a lawyer before you goto the police station....unless you are a lawyer and know every single traffic law
glad nobody was hurt

I have another set of R brakes. I will get some pictures up asap. Looking for $950 shipped. <15k miles on everything. No grooves on rotors...nice and smooth. Local pick up $880. Expect pics mid week ~ 9/21
Dealer breakdown here in Ventura
$ per caliper $325 x 4 = $1300
$ per rotor $105 x 4 = $420
$ per set of pads $45 x 2 = $90
sub total = $1810
TAX 7.25% = $131.23
Total = $1941.23
I'm guessing OEM Rotors and OEM Pads?
Too bad nobody makes an adapter for the 850/x70s for these brakes...I'd think we'd all have them now if they were this cheap
-
Wow only rubs on bumps? Have you tried a full lock on the steering wheel? I hope you don't mind worn out fender liners FTW. They do look sweet either way. Nice wheels if you like that OEM look.
ummm yeah but mine are worn out already anyways....they don't really rub at full lock...but they do hit the mudflap at low speeds...I think I'm gonna get the fenders rolled and see if that helps at all...
either way, they sure make a HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEE difference in handling...the car actually feels A LOT better with the wider track tires....seriously, probably the most noticable thing I've done in my car in a long time...
-
Thus, my point
I'm just gonna start saying yes...its just easier than explaining that its a T5 with more power and blah blah blah
-
Oh, also, my car's not an R. I'm not putting a rim on it that says R
lol...I've had more people come up to me in the past 3 days and ask me if its an R....
-
Ooooh, 17" Pegs 225/45/17 is good from what others have run
damnit, I really like the wide-jerk tire (as opposed to 235) but....maybe I'll roll the fenders and see if it still rubs...
I guess 225 would be cheaper though
-
Honestly, I know Pegs are cool and everything...but why does everybody want the same exact rim? I used to want them until I came to VSpeed and found out that it's not original....I dunno. I guess I'm just getting sick of looking at them...
They still look cool though
cuz they were dirt cheap....
ok, so 235/45/17 is slightly big...whats a good tire size for when I'm ready to replace the Pzeros? 225/40? 235/35?
-
josh actually bought wheels? what the hell is the world coming to
I honestly spend more money on my car than anything else...seriously, its a disgusting habit and I must break myself of it...
Spent $140 on hoses the day before too!
-
thanks...I threw a code for incorrect gear ratio...but I cleared it and it hasn't come back, so who know wtf that was all about
-
-
will you just get a new car already so I cant buy them off you already, jeeeeezzz............ looks great
lol nope...now that the car is working order (but for how long???) I'm thinking I'm just going to keep it for awhile and save
clean as f-ck
except for the front bumper...
and now I need a BBK
it never ends....
-
The Pegs club....
Practically perfect wheels...with Pzero Rosso's on them...235/45 and they only rub on bumps...so its not that bad...gonna go with a 225/40, 225/35 or 235/35 when these wear out...Pegs F.T.W

word Ryan, i'm down!
IPD is going to allow you to put other stickers on their car?
-
I think you don't know what he is talking about
Volvospeed is the biggest volvo perfomanc site in the North American, but in Sweden it is Turbo perfomance club. got like 20,000 members, and on there meets they have 500 cars or more
lol.....amen...whats the point of a club when Volvo people here don't like meeting up????
-
Josh, u did it again! how many times u told me you are quit modding your 11 years old pos
I'm thinking about keeping my car a little bit longer and I've always wanted a carbon-fiber trunk thingy...
-
I'm interested depending on quality of the carbon fiber...would we have to drill the holes? how would this work?
-
the 1st misc is the airbox tray...
-
-
Why?
why ask why?
buy a ton of 4 gauge wire, trace the wires that run to the current battery and replace/run them through the cabin to the trunk....buy a battery box from Summit and secure it in the trunk...easy as that. However this is going to take weight off the front wheels (bad) and isn't going to give you any better weight distribution....it will give you a more open area to run the intake...why Volvo didn't put the battery behind the intake is one for the record books....

Joe let me think about it for a day or two...I need to make sure I don't actually *need* anything before I go buy spacers for the rear....
